This piece is a vibrant exploration of identity through color. In this detailed self-portrait, I chose to heighten the saturation of my features, amplifying the tones to reflect the intensity of self-perception and expression. The more saturated version of myself invites viewers to consider how we often view ourselves through different lenses, whether it be heightened emotion, memory, or personal introspection.

By pushing the boundaries of color and realism, I aim to convey the complexity of identity—how we are constantly shifting between shades of who we are and how we want to be seen. "Chromatic Self" is a reflection of the many layers that make up the self, brought to life through bold, vivid color.
