This piece represents a departure from my typical detailed portraiture, embracing a more abstract and expressive approach. In this painting, I used loose, dynamic strokes to capture her essence rather than focusing on precise realism. The dark green patterned fabric that wraps the canvas was selected to complement the green hue of her hair, creating a sense of balance and connection between subject and background.

The vibrancy of the palette reflects the energy of the piece, with saturated reds, oranges, yellows, and a full spectrum of colors dancing across the canvas.
